Reserved legal activities defined below can only be fulfilled by a registered legal professional, usually a Solicitor. The screening of these service in 2007 became based within English Law and as such we are unable to offer the following services as a direct right.
1. the exercise of a right of audience
the right to appear before and address a court, including the right to call and examine witnesses this
excludes self representation or an available exemption by a specific court granted in relation to a specific proceeding inc. to a paid or unpaid McKenzie Friend
2. the conduct of litigation
the restriction includes acting for a claimant or defendant after the commencement before an English Court seen as the issue of a claim by the court.
3. reserved instrument activities
the creation and execution of deeds, this includes the sale of land and trust creation, amongst others.

6. the administration of oaths
